We continue to have enhanced cleaning/disinfection procedures for treatment rooms & equipment between patients.
Face coverings are now optional - although we do respectfully ask you to wear a face covering if you are feeling unwell.
We are no longer restricting access to 1 client per pet.
Hand sanitiser will continue to be provided.
Our preferred payment option is by card / contactless or online via our website, but cash will continue to be accepted.
If you are have recently tested positive for COVID-19 PLEASE DO NOT visit the practice. We can reschedule your appointment if not urgent or perhaps arrange for someone from another household to bring your pet for his/her appointment if he/she needs seen more urgently.
